Two workers at Jeju Council tested positive. A tourist was isolated as soon as arriving in Jeju.

● Jeju Council Workers(#575, 578) And...

The first one came on March 1st(#575). Case 575 had symptoms like a fever and sore throat since February 25th before taking a test.

Cast 578 works at the same department with case 575. Case 578 began to feel symptoms since February 28th.

Case 577 got the test as it was known that the person contacted case 575 from February 26th ~ 27th. Case 577 works at Hyodon Community Center in Seogwipo City.

● 1 + 3 And More(#571~573, 576)

Cases 571 ~ 573 tested positive on March 1st. They were notified that their friend got a positive result in Jeollabuk-do Province on February 27th. Case 574 is a family with case 572.

Case 576 is analyzed to have contacted cases 571~573 at a bowling alley on February 24th. Case 576 got a positive result on the 2nd.

● Tourist Infection Case(#579)

Case 579 had a test at the walk-thru clinic after arriving at the airport because of a fever. This is the first time a tourist was diagnosed with a fever and testing positive after tests.

Jeju had 7 COVID19 cases for two days after two days' of '0' case.

●Feb. 23rd(#562~563)
-562: Had symptoms since the 18th. It is revealed this person had contacted friends and families. The source is still to be found.
-563: Family with case 540 who tested positive on the 9th.

●Feb. 24th(#564~568)
-564~566: Families and friends with case 562
-567: Visited Seoul area recently. Got a notice of meeting a case person in Namyangju city on the 23rd.
-568: Tourist from Seoul area. Was notified that this person contacted a case person in Suwon.

Jeju has had no COVID19 case for two days in a row. Jeju had 13 infection cases from the 17th through the 20th of February after having nearly 'none' for five days.

One Jejuite relates to 4 cases of COVID19 after visiting Seoul.

●Feb. 19~20th(#557~561)
Jeju case 537 tested positive on February 19th. This person is said to have visited Seoul from the 5th till the 8th. It had symptoms since the 16th, which led to having a test done on the 18th.
Case 538 is a family with case 537. Case 538 went to get a test on the 19th after case 537. Case 538 began the symptoms since the 15th which was earlier than the family.
Cases 559~561 had the test done after getting a notice about contacting case 567.

●Feb. 18th(#554~556)
Jeju had 3 people who contracted the coronavirus on the 18th.
Case 554 is a family with case 550 who tested positive on the 18th.
Cases 555&556 are family with case 533 who got positive results on February 5th before getting released from the isolation.

Jeju had 5 cases of COVID19 on February 7th, and 4 of them(#549, 551, 552, 553) are tourists.
Case 549 arrived from Seoul whose family tested positive. This person had a test done on the 16th after hearing the family member got infected.
Case 551 is from the same group with case 538's who turned out to be positive on the 8th. This person accompanied 3 other people including case 538 and case 542(tested positive on the 10th).
Case 552 & case 553 came to Jeju on the 26th feom Seoul. They were informed of family contracting the coronavirus and had a test.
Case 550 contacted case 534(on the 5th).
Jeju has had 0 case for 5 days(Feb. 12~16) except for a Daegu citizen who tested positive on the 15th but already left Jeju when the result came out.

Jeju had 0 case of COVID19 for 3 days from February 12th through 14th before the new case of Jeju 548 became Jeju case.
Case 548 is a tourist from Daegu. This person arrived in Jeju on February 12th. This went to have a test after having symptoms on the 13th.
Case 548 tested positive the next day, but left Jeju the same day.
Jeju said that the discussion with Daegu authorities resulted in making it a Jeju case.

Jeju has 4 more people tested positive for COVID19 for 2 days
제주도 코로나19 확진자 10일 4명, 11일 4명 발생.

● Feb. 10th(#540~543)
- 540: Tourist from Joongrang-gu, Seoul. Had a test there on the 8th, but came to Jeju on the 9th before getting the result. This person got notified of one family member contacted the coronavirus. S/he violated the COVID19 restrictions as 5 family members are on a trip. The other people are being isolated now.

- 541: Still being researched.

- 542: Contacted case 538 who tested positive on the 8th. They arrived in Jeju on the 6th together.

- 543: Visited Seoul area from January 23rd till February 2nd. Had a shiver since February 4th, and went to get a test on the 10th. 3 people were tested.

● Feb. 11th(#544~547)
- 544: Arrived in Jeju on the 9th. Had a fever on the 11th. Claimed of getting a test in Seoul on the 8th with negative result.

-545&546: Contacted 541 who got positive notice on the 1pth.

- 547: Family with case 539 who tested positive on February 8th.

A tourist from Seoul tested positive for COVID19 after arriving in Jeju.
The person(Jeju case 540) had symptoms from February 5th, and went to get a test done on February 8th. But A was reached with the news on February 9th when A was already in Jeju. A was known to visit Jeju with 5 others including family, which is a violation of COVID19 restrictions. The others got negative results.
Other than this, Jeju had 2 more cases(#538~539) on February 8th.
Case 538 is from Gangbuk~gu, Seoul. 538 arrived in Jeju on February 6th, and took a package tour bus. This made the health authorities pay more attentions.
Case 539 contacted case 528 & 529 who tested positive on February 4th. 539's family had negatibe results.

Jeju had 1 death of COVID19 patient on February 5th.
Jeju University Hospital on Saturday announced that a person in 60s died from complications of COVID19.
According to it, the patient(A) contracted the coronavirus by contacting a friend about 50 days ago. A is known to have no underlying conditions before.
A had to intensive care in a special ICU for COVID19. But A was moved to a normal ICU after getting negative test results early January.
The authorities are discussing whether the death IS related with COVID19 as it will be the first case in Jeju if it is.
For new cases, Jeju had 2(#536~537) on February 6th.
Case 536 tested positive aftet the general checkups at Inye Childcare center.
Case 537 had a test after being notified of having contacted a patient from Yangcheon-gu healthcare center in Seoul on the 5th.

A family became the source of infecting 7 of COVID19 in Jeju.
It began with cases 528 and 529 who tested positive on January 4th. They had symptoms before visiting a healthcare center for tests.
4 more people(#530~532, 534) resulted in contracting the coronavirus the next day. They are family with cases 528 and 529.
Case 533 is a friend with them.
This supports the idea that visiting family can spread the infection on holidays. The health authorities in Korea has recommended to avoid family members on Seol holiday after Chuseok last year.
