Jeju had over 3 thousand cases of COVID19 for last two days as
3,771 on March 1
and 3,581 on March 2.
It should be a best idea if it keeps the numbers like this and declines afterwards.
But it's doubtful because there is a news about a new variant coming.
Isn't it bad though we are already warned that we have to live with the coronavirus?

The daily cases of COVID19 in Jeju keep around 5Ks for a few days as
5,571 on March 22,
5,030 on March 23, and
4,789 on March 24.

It is a good sign of improvement. But nobody can be sure, yet, as 'shy omicron' infection is still out there a lot.

The total cases to date of COVID19 positive in Jeju surpassed 120k on March 17th. It means one out of five or six people is infected, already.

The numbers have dropped dramatically after it reached the highest as many as 7,256 on March 15.
The cases were 4,571 on March 16, and 4,412 on March 17.
But it spiked to 6,393 on March 18.
Some say it is now the time to make a slow back to normal as the COVID19 has almost become an influenza.
And the vaccination rate of thr 3rd jab is 74.0% now, which helps the infected have minor symptoms.
Everybody but experts is expecting of the pandemic bevause of these facts.
How will the government decide after two weeks?

Jeju hits over 7K people tested positive for Covid19 on March 15.
This is a result of putting RAT(Rapid Antigen Test) cases into count.
58.3%(4,228) of them were categorized into infected after RAT.

Jeju set another record high cases of COVID19 with 6,203 new people tested positive on March 12.
It was only a day after it got over 5K cases which was the most.
And it was 1,012 more than that of March 11.
It was reduced to 4,827 the next day. It dropped to 3,900 on March 14.

Jeju had 5,191 cases of COVID19 testes positive on March 11, which added upto 72,394. 4,728(91.1%) were Jejuites.

Jeju had another 4Ks with positive for COVID19 on March 10 as it had 4,289.
Age group between 20~59 took up 52%(2,231pax), and under 20yo 35.3%(1,515pax). The more active, the higher chances for getting infected.
For statistics, it has been 35,230(52.4%) only in this March, while 26,465(39.9%) in February. 91.3% of the infected are from this period.
The health authorities translate this as a sign that the omicron variant COVID19 will reach very soon.

The number reached over 4k cases a day on March 9 as 4, 923 people tested positive for COVID19 in Jeju. And it added 3 to death tolls.
There have been 25,443 cases for last week, which means 3,635 a day. It is 9,717 more than the previous week.
