Jeju announced that it had 5 cases on December 31st and 9 on January 1st (as of 5pm) of COVID19.

● Dec. 31(#417~421)

- 419, 420, 421: Related to Halla Sauna.
Cases 419 and 421 are family. Been in isolation since December 19th when case 209(family) tested positive.

- 420: Contacted case 206.

- 418: Related to the live cafe. Contacted case 271.

- 417: Arrived in Jeju on December 2nd.

(As of the midnight of December 31st, 202 people are in hospital, and 219 - including 1 that was transferred to the mainland - were discharged.
78 cases are from the sauna, and 57 from the live cafe.

● Jan. 1(#422~430. As of 5pm)
▲4 from Halla Sauna(425, 426, 427, 429번) ▲2 from contacting patients(422, 423) ▲3 to be investigated(424, 428, 430).

- 425, 426, 427, 429: Related to Halla Sauna.
Cases 425 and 426 are family of case 210 who tested positive on December 19th.
Case 427 is family with case 202 who got a positive result on December 18th.
Case 429 is family of case 198 who went into hospital on December 19th.
(These add up to 82 people who contracted the coronavirus through Halla Sauna).

- 422, 423: Contactes case 417 who tested positive on December 31st.

- 424. 430: Family. The research is going on.

- 428: The investigation just began.

  Jeju today announced that it had 9 more cases(#408~416) of COVID19 on December 29th. It had 11 on the 27th, 5 on the 28th, and 10 on the 29th. Neople, a game company in Nohyeong-dong had 2 cases, which led the overall test on the whole staff of 1,295.

  The cases are related to ▲Halla Sauna(409·413·414) ▲Gimnyeong Cathedral(410) ▲7080 Live Cafe(412) ▲Contacting patients(408·411·415·416), it figured out.

- 408, 411: Contacted patients.

Case 408 contacted case 407. And case 411번은 contacted case 398.

- 415, 416: Family with case 286 and case 404. Been in isolation before they tested positive.

- 409, 413, 414: Related with Halla Sauna.

Case 409 contacted case 225. Been in isolation since December 21st.

Case 413 is family with case 196. Had symptoms while in isolation.

Case 414 is family with case 190.

- 410: Family with case 150 who got infected through the church.

- 412: Contacted case 260 who was contracted by COVID19 through 7080 Live Cafe.

These add up to 56 cases from the live cafe, 75 from the sauna, and 32 from the cathedral, as of the midnight of Dec. 20th.

  Jeju is easing down with COVID19 as the number of new cases decreases.

  According to Jeju government, it had 25 cases(#350~374) on December 25th and 7(378~384) on the 26th respectively. It has been 12 days to have people infected fewer than 10 since December 14. Jeju explains this as a reult of 'Level 2. Social Distancing' and extra measurea. There was no case confirmed during the night.

Case 350 is family with case 293. Showed symptoms before taking a test.

Case 371 is family with case 189. Has been isolated since December 18th.

Case 372 contacted case 177.

- 365: Related to Dongbaek Welfare Center.

- 367: Family with case 334 who got the coronavirus from the gym.

- 368, 369: Family with case 310 who was infected from the disability welfare center.

- Case 370 contacted case 331, and case 373 did case 346.

- 366, 374: Related to the power plant in Seogwipo. Tested postive after the overall check-up of 476 people.

(As of the midnight of December 25, the numbers of the infected are 12 from the welfare center, 12 from the child welfare center, 4 from the gym, and 5 from the disability welfare center).

▶ Dream Tower Cases

  The employee who got infected had no contacted with guests and wore the facial mask properly. Tests were done for 122 staffers. 116 got 'negative' results. 6 has been put into isolation.

● Dec. 26th(#375~381)

  Jeju had 7 new cases on December 26. This is remarkable as it was 12 days ago when it had newly infected people fewer than 10. Jeju explains this is due to the level 2. social isolation and extra measures. There was no case overnight.

  The new cases are 2 from Halla Sauna(375, 381), 2 from Dongbaek Welfare Center(377, 380), 1 from 7080 Live Cafe(378), 1 from Daegi high school(379), and 1 still to be identified.

- 375, 381: Related to Halla Sauna.

Case 375 visited the sauna, and has been in isolation for the reason.

Case 381 is family with case 372. This person has been in isolation before testing positive.

- 377, 380: Family. Case 372 contacted case 335 who is an employee at Dongbaek Welfare Center.

- 378: Visited 7080 Live Cafe. Tested negative on December 18th, but got positive at the test before getting free from isolation.

- 379: A high school student. Tested postive at the second trial.

- 376: Visited Jeju East Healthcare Center after hearing of the Dongbaek Center cases.

(One of the infected is an high-ranking officer of Jeju City Government. Jeju has executed COVID19 tests on 24 officers, all of whom tested negative. It will perform extra testt on 142)

  Jeju had 26 more new cases of COVID19 in December 23. This adds up to 330 in total.

- 307: Contacted case 284. A student at a disabilities rehabilitation facility. The overall check-up after resulted in 2 more cases(#310, 311).

- 308: Contacted case 270. A student at Jeju Dong Girls' Junior High School.

- 309, 312, 313, 319, 324: Related with a live cafe.

Case 309 visited the cafe. Cases 312, 313, and 324 contacted case 300. Case 319 contacted case 281.

- 316, 321, 322, 323, 327, 328, 330: Related to a private academy.

- 317, 318, 320, 325, 326: Related to Halla Sauna.

Cases 317 and 318 are family with case 283(tested positive on Dec. 23). Cases 320 and 325 are family with case 168(tested postive on Dec. 17).

- 326: Contacted case 225(tested positive on Dec. 19).

- 329: Contacted case 237(tested positive on Dec. 20).

- 305, 314, 315: Study is going on.

(As of the midnight of Dec. 23, the infection cases from the live cafe reached 51, and Halla Sauna 58)

  Jeju has seen 37 new cases of COVID19 in less than 48 hours. It had 32 more people tested positive for COVID19 in December 22(273~304). This is the most it had in one day.

- 287: Family to case 238(positve on Dec. 20

- 283: Contacted case 183, has been isolated since Dec. 18.

- 284, 285: Families. Arrived in Jeju from Seoul area on Dec. 8. Showed symptoms as cold and shaking.

- 289, 290: Families. Arrived in Jeju from Seoul area on Dec. 20. Case 290 was informed of contacting a patient from Yandcheon-gu, Seoul.

- 297: Contacted case 103, has been isolated since Dec. 10.

- 299: Contacted case 190.

- 301: Contacted a patient in the mainland.

- 302: Visited Seoul area.

Jeju had 31 more new COVID19 cases.

●December 21(253~272)
Cases 253, 254, 255, 257, 258, 259, 260, 262, 265, 269, 271, 272 are related with 7080 lice cafe.

- 265: Family with 248.
- 269: Family with 193 who is related with the cafe.
- 271: Visited the cafe
- 272: Family with 251.

- 264, 266: Visited Seoul Metropolitan Area.

●December 22(273~283)
- 273: Contacted case 258. Related to the cafe.
- 274: Visited the cafe.

- 277: Contacted case 263. And related to Korea Foundation.
- 278: Arrived in Jeju the previous day. And had a test at the walk-through screening clinic at the airport.
(The clinic extraced 139 cases of specimen. 138 of them tested negative.)

- 282: Family with case 270 whom it contacted right after a result was out.

- 275, 276, 279, 280, 281, 283: On the research.

(As of 5 pm of December 22, the number of the infection cases from 7080 Live Cafe counts 33 in total.)
 

  33 more cases of COVID19 infection are confirmed over the weekend. This marked 252 in total as of the midnight of December 20th.

13 from Halla Sauna, 1 respectively from Gimnyeong Cathedral and Hanbaek Mission, etc.
- Halla Sauna Cases: 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 216, 217, 219, 220, 224, 225, 229.
208, 211, 212, 213 visited the sauna.
209, 210 contacted case 177.
216 contacted case 210, 217 did cases 200 & 205. 219 did case 185, 220 did case 183, 224 & 225 did case 190, and 229 did case 203.

- Hanbaek Mission: 215.

215 lives with case 194 who tested positive on December 18th.

- Gimnyeong Cathedral: 221

221 was isloated afted getting a notice of contacting case 126.

- 222: Family with case 214.

- 214: Found being infected after the general check up.

- 216, 220: Students.

216 is a high school student. And 220 is a primary school pupil.

- Halla Sauna: 230, 231, 232, 241.

230, 231, 232 contacted case 185 who got infected from the sauna.

241 contacted case 174.

- 7080 Live Cafe: 233, 234, 235, 238, 239, 242, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 251, 252.

250 is family with case 127 and 130, and was isolated since December 14th when case 127 tested positive. This person showed symptoms of fever and sore throat on the 20th, and got the result at 11:15 pm.

- Hanbaek Misson: 240.

240 contacted case 98, and got into isolation on December 19th right after case 98 tested positive.

- 236, 237, 243, 249: Contacted case 204.

(Case 226 who was found infected at 11:00 pm on the 19th, was analyzed to have contacted case 189.)
