1 New Case Of COVID19 After 4 Days In Jeju

Jeju has been successful in containing the COVID19 as it had 1 new case on January 28th after 4 days without any.
Case 519, the newly tested positive, is a family with case 495, who got infected by case 493(Jan. 14th) and has been in isolation since.
Meanwhile, Jeju local government is planning to start the vaccination next month. The goal is to give shots to 472,245 people(foreigners not included) which is about 70% of the whole population, by end of November.

제주도의 코로나19 진정세가 이어지고 있다. 지난 1월 24일부터 27일까지 나흘간 신규 확진자가 나오지 않은 뒤 28일엔 1명(519)이 확인됐다.
519번 신규 확진자는 493번(1월 14일)과 접촉해 1월 15일 확진된 495번 확진자의 가족으로 확인됐다. 자가격리를 하다가 해제 전 검사에서 최종 확진됐다.
이처럼 코로나19 신규 확진자 발생이 진정세에 접어든 가운데 제주도는 다음달부터 백신 접종을 시작, 올해 11월말까지 도내 인구수(674,635)의 70% 수준인 47만2,245명(외국인 미포함)에게 접종할 목표를 잡았다.
