Jeju has added one more person contracted omicron variant virus, who arrived in from Ireland.
This person landed in Jeju on January 8th, and got noticed of the news.
This is a result that makes every variant case originated outside the island.
The daily cases on the 10th (as of 5pm) are 13.
And there was 1 case(32 so far) more from Seogwipo Primary School 1 group.

Jeju saw two more omicron variant cases confirmed on January 9th.
One is from Canada who arrived in Jeju on the 4th.
The other is from the USA on the 7th.
It is 12 cases for the 9th as of 5pm.

Seogwipo City Primaty School 2 got 1 more case, which sums upto 31.

Daily cases came back to about ten a day after having 19 on January 5.
Community infection followed as 2 from Seogwipo City Childcare Center(14 so far), 2 from Seogwipo City Primary School(30), Jeju City Childcare Center(22), and 9 from Jeju City Missionary Center.
Omicron variant contractors were reported like 1 (from the mainland) on the 5th, 3 (from the Netherland, the USA, and the mainland), 1 (from the USA).

Jeju got two new cases of group infection as of January 4th, 5pm.
One is from a Seogwipo Primary School 2 that had 21(22 so far) on the day.
The other is from Jeju Missoinary Center, which got 9 people tested positive.
A nursing center in Jeju City added 1 more case with summing upto 19 so far.

These group infections totaled the whole cases to 42 a day.
It has been almost a month since December 10th that it was over 40 cases daily.

Jeju has added more omicron variant of COVID19.
1 on December 30th. Arrived at from the US.
2 on December 29th. 1 from the US, and 1 from Jeonbuk.
1 on December 25th. Traveled the States.

Jeju got only 6 people tested positive for COVID19 on the 27th.
It is a great news after a long time. But it is not certain if we can be happy about it  as a person got confirmed to be compromised with omicron variant on Christmas.
S/he is tracked to have arrived at Jeju from the United States on the 23rd.
제주도에서 27일 하루 코로나19 발생자가 6명(#4563~4568)으로 떨어졌다. 좋은 소식이긴 하나 오미크론 변이 확진자가 지난 토요일(25일) 확인된 상황이라 안심할 수가 없는 현시점이다.

Jeju has found two new groups as group infections.
They are
1. Jeju City Middle School 2
had 6 on Christmas and 4 next day, which made it 12 in total
2. Seogwipo City Meeting 8
had 8 on the 25th and 6 on the 26th,
which summed upto 16 so far.
